Registration

The registration form duly completed and signed must be returned by email to the address mentioned, accompanied by a curriculum vitae and a copy of diplomas.

 

Prerequisites

Both graduates and professionals are eligible to apply. Candidates must hold a Licence/master's degree in Arts, or a qualification deemed equivalent, in the following disciplines (non-exhaustive list): art history, history, museology, anthropology, ethnology, history of religions, documentary information, information sciences, archival science, library science, law, etc.

 

Registration fee

CHF 2800.- per module

Payable upon receipt of confirmation of the course. 
Possibility of payment in several installments on request.

Registration and cancellation conditions

  • The Institute of Art History and Museology of the University of Neuchâtel reserves the right not to offer the course if the number of participants is insufficient.

  • The number of participants is limited to twenty.

  • Registrations are accepted in order of arrival and according to the prerequisites.

  • If a participant withdraws between acceptance of the application and confirmation of the course, CHF 100 will be charged to cover the cost of processing the application.

  • In the event of withdrawal between confirmation of the course and two weeks before the start of the course, 50% of the registration fee will be retained or demanded, except for valid reasons.

  • If a participant withdraws after the course has been confirmed and within one week before the course starts, the full registration fee will be retained or demanded, except for valid reasons.

  • Only complete, signed and dated applications will be considered.
